VCE Annual Civil Rights

Risk Management e-course

All VMN volunteers need to complete the risk management and civil rights trainings as part of their basic training course and then again in subsequent years (every year for civil rights, every three years for risk management.) Both trainings are available as e-learning modules in Better Impact, and that is the best place to access them. When a volunteer completes one of the trainings in Better Impact, they will automatically get a qualification and badge showing they have completed it.  

Here is what  you need:

1. Go to MyImpactPage.com and log in with your username and password.

2. Click the tab for My Profile to pull up the menu choices there, and click on “Training”. 

3. Training courses are listed.  You must take both VCE Annual Civil Rights Training and VMN Risk Management.

4. Click the selected course to take the training. 

5. Any trainee or volunteer can always go to that Training part of MyImpactPage and review the material as many times as they want.

6. This module works on both the browser version of Better Impact and the mobile app, though, of course, the video and readings will be limited by the screen size of the device you are using.
